Online Document Manager is another office automation product developed in PHP and MySQL. Online Document Manager as the name implies is an web application by which one can create folders/sub-folders in the Web-Server, upload files/documents in folders. Every folders and files have user access control. Online Document Manager provides facilities to create user with folder rights specification. Folders can be created and maintained by Admin Users only. Any user can create file, but it goes for Review to the Admin. Check-Out, Check-In facilities for updating files/documents. Recycle Bin facilities for restoring deleted files (files can be deleted permanently from the System).
